SICK CULTURE RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Return requests must be submitted to info@sickculture.co.za within 7 working days of receiving the item.

Any returns can be logged to info@sickculture.co.za with their order number, reason for return and contact information.

To be eligible for return, items must be unused, unfitted, in original condition and in original packaging.

Non-refundable items:

  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • specially-ordered items (items ordered via the “order now” channel/button & items not generally stocked which are ordered specifically for the client upon request)
  • Artworks (as these are manufactured specifically for client according to order)
  • deposits for detailing/paint protection services
  • PPF purchases (Paint Protection Film)

Buyer is responsible for courier costs related to returning items.

Sick Culture will replace defective items as long as defect is reported to us within 7 working days after receival.

Once a Return is submitted & recieved, it will be thoroughly inspected. If item is deemed to be in acceptable condition – the return/refund will be approved, and a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. The amount refunded will be the original amount paid, less the cost of the courier for the original order.
