1. Agreement
By using sickculture.co.za or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are in ZAR, including VAT where applicable.
- Orders are accepted once payment clears. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or stock issues — your money is fully refunded.
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Cape Town metro is typically 1–2 business days; national 2–5 business days.
3. Shipping
We ship nationwide via Courier Guy and Aramex. Rates are calculated at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery. Parcels with evidence of damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours.
4. Services & bookings
- Booking deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the booking slot.
- Turnaround times are estimates — delicate coating and PPF work may extend based on paint condition.
- We reserve the right to decline services where vehicle condition makes safe work impossible.
5. Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
All consumer rights under the CPA apply, including the 6-month implied warranty on goods supplied. See the Returns Policy for the refund/replace process.
6. Intellectual property
All content on sickculture.co.za — artwork, photography, product descriptions, code — is owned by Sick Culture (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. Do not reproduce without written permission.
7. Liability
We’re responsible for the products we sell and services we provide, as required by law. We are not liable for fitment, tuning, or modification outcomes performed by third parties using our parts.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
